Support For Well-Resourced Montessori Environments
Being a well-resourced Montessori school doesn’t equate to being difficulty-free. With years of experience in large and small private Montessori schools in the US, Austria and Morocco, I understand well the challenges that can (paradoxically) arise with the availability of extensive resources.
Addressing such challenges could include finding ways to strengthen the robustness of a program, aligning inconsistent applications of Montessori principles among staff, managing curriculum requirements, adapting to students’ abilities or learning disabilities, or simply deepening Montessori practices and strengthening a school’s commitment to the Montessori approach. It may even be a matter of sorting through too much feedback and finding clarity in how to move forward! Embracing simplicity and re-centering in the essentials of Montessori is often the key.
Through a validating process of observation, reflection, listening, collaborating and re-grounding in essentials, I provide practical, concrete, and realistic support for your guides and for the refinement of your Montessori program, according to your needs.
